Processing Your Order
Depending on your ordered item, the processing/tailoring time will differ slightly.
Made-To-Order Items
Most of our products are Made-to-Order (Whether the product is in stock needs to be confirmed by sending a message (WhatsApp or Email) to the customer service), meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been confirmed. It can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it can be shipped.

We work hard to ensure every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package leaves our facilities we have little control over what happens to the package.
