A: Absolutely. As a manufacturer, we specialize in Made-To-Order. You can choose custom sizing or design modifications.
I own a boutique. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes. We support boutique owners with competitive wholesale prices and private label services. Please contact Vivian via the Wholesale link above.
How long will it take to receive my dress?
A: We typically need 25-50 days to make dress and 7-15 days to ship it. If you have an urgent need, please contact customer service to see if we can arrange expedited service.
Can I customize the design (e.g., add sleeves or change the color)?
A: Yes! As a manufacturer, we can accommodate most customization requests. Whether it's adding sleeves, lowering a neckline, or changing the lining color, just chat with our stylists before ordering to discuss your vision.
I’m worried about sizing. What if it doesn’t fit?
A: We strongly recommend our Custom Made-to-Measure service for a perfect fit. If you choose a standard size, please compare your measurements strictly with our Size Guide (do not use your street clothes size). Jancember dresses include a 1-inch seam allowance for easy local alterations.
